Today is the day Shea Homes releases their next set of home sites at Trilogy at Vistancia in Peoria, Arizona. These home sites have a great location in the community with a lot of mountain views.For the first time in years they are having a lottery drawing this morning to select who gets their first pick of the home sites. This was common back in the boom but the first time I've heard it since so could this be a good sign?
